Questions we get asked
Can I change what is on the screens myself?
Yes, and most customers do. You log in from a phone or a laptop, pick the screen or the group of screens, and publish. Changes land in seconds. If you would rather not, we will schedule the content for you — plenty of sites hand us the seasonal menu twice a year and leave it at that.
Are these just televisions on a bracket?
No. Commercial displays are built to run all day, every day, at a brightness a TV cannot hold, and they are rated for portrait mounting — which a television is not. Window screens are brighter again, because they are fighting daylight through glass. A domestic TV in a shop window fails quickly and voids its own warranty doing it.
Will your EPOS work with my existing card machine?
Usually. We integrate with the main acquirers so the total goes straight to the terminal and nobody re-keys it, which is where most till mistakes come from. Tell us who you bank the card payments with and we will confirm before you commit to anything.
Do I have to use the delivery marketplaces?
Not for your own customers. We set up ordering on your own website, with 3D Secure payments, and it feeds the same EPOS as the counter. Plenty of shops keep a marketplace for reach and push regulars to their own site to save the commission on repeat orders.
Who hosts and looks after the website afterwards?
We do, unless you want it elsewhere. Hosting, domain, SSL and backups are handled here, and you can edit pages, prices and opening hours yourself. There is no monthly agency retainer for changes you are able to make in five minutes.
Can the screens, the till and the website all run together?
That is the point of buying them from one company. The menu you set in the EPOS drives the digital menu boards and the online ordering, so a price change happens once instead of three times — and the branding matches the signage on the front of the building, because we made that too.
